RN Infusion is founded and operated by Sudheer Tumati, RN, BSN. Sudheer used to work in the computer technology field before finding his passion in the field of nursing. Years ago he had the experience of caring for his uncle at home who was being treated for cancer. Unfortunately during this time, a medication error in the hospital resulted in a severe case of cardiomyopathy for Sudheer’s uncle. From this moment, Sudheer knew there needed to be a change in the way that patients are cared for, so he took it upon himself to make this change by becoming a nurse.
Before founding RN Infusion, Sudheer gained twelve years of experience in med-surge, oncology, trauma, infusion centers, and home infusion. Sudheer gravitated toward infusion nursing, because he saw the potential for improvement in the way agencies were taking care of patients and their families. Sudheer again took it upon himself to drive the change needed for better care for patients and their families when receiving home infusion therapy.
Sudheer’s passion for quality of care led him to healthcare and ultimately into founding a home infusion company. Today, RN Infusion LLC, strives for constant quality improvement and the highest level of home infusion nursing.
